Combining an extensive technical background with significant experience in interface design and user-centered interaction design, Arthur is uniquely able to design, implement, and manage highly-effective and technically-sophisticated Internet applications and websites.

Arthur began developing for the Internet in 1995. He has deep experience in the development of data-driven, dynamic web applications, using technologies such as Microsoft’s ASP.Net, ADO.Net, and C# technologies, AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Flash, SQL, CSS, and the Microsoft SQL Server database systems. Arthur is well-versed in modern software design principles and patterns, having designed and built numerous multi-tiered applications using the latest object-oriented methodologies.

An experienced Technical Lead, Arthur has architected complex transactional systems and led the engineering teams (both here in the U.S. and in India) in developing these systems.

His clients range from small businesses seeking an e-commerce solution to large multi-national corporations such as Adidas, Autodesk, and Princeton University. His work has been showcased to other developers by Microsoft at conferences and on Microsoft's own website. A leader in the adoption of cutting-edge web technologies, Arthur has been quoted in trade journals such as eWeek and by technology consulting leader Gartner Research. He currently serves as the Vice President of Technology Development for the Silicon Valley chapter of the American Marketing Association.
